Scoreline: England 263 all out: Stuart Broad 61, Graeme Swann 62 | Mitchell Johnson 5, Hilfenhaus 4
Australia win heavily by an innings and 80 runs
Such was the difference between the two sides’ 1st Innings, that even the Braod-Swann show couldn’t avoid an innings defeat with 80 runs still floating adrift. Good win for Australia, but a better test match for Johnson fans. Now, can Australia find a way to drop Siddle and pick Lee for the final test and can Flintoff have one final Ashes hurrah? That would be ideal for the neutral viewer.

Hey Admin Thanks for the highlights. Why would you want to drop Siddle? He took a 5 for in the first innings
Just a biased opinion based on a singular belief that Lee is potentially more match-impacting than Siddle – risky but worth it, if you’re trying to win the Ashes, not retain it. Besides, for the neutral viewer, Flintoff and Lee seem like essential cogs in any clash – Admin
englands suck period.
Anyway england is going to win final test. So let them cheer this match..

England needs the equivalent of a Lakshman and Dravid when they find themselves in such a situation. Good show by Broad and Swann, nonetheless.
lee is a big big big gamble.. im guessing theres a practice game in between tests for them to judge. siddle is at least consistent.. and who knows maybe hauritz may yet find a spot… either way, i was right about bopara all along. they seriously need to get the middle order going. a test series going down to the final match- good stuff

Just a small request/favor – can you not print the day’s score just below the link to the highlights? Sometimes I log in without knowing the score and its more fun to watch without knowing the score? why would you want to drop siddle. He is more consistent than lee i want England to win the remaining test because the aussies are too full of themselves,the Aussies need to settle down if they want to win the remaining test.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK,and do not stop with your good coverage.bye
