All the current Indian ODI players barring Tendulkar (Update: will not be playing this series) would be sagging after the back-to-back IPL and T20 World Cup tournaments and would possibly look forward to the longish break after this series, before the ICC Champions Trophy kicks off in September. But considering the way a series can be conjured up in Indian cricket, there might just be a wake-up call for the over-worked (the other view would add, but well-paid) Indian cricketers.
