Remarkable that (barring Kaneria) Pakistan who looked flat on the field did a complete uturn in intent when they batted. And who’d have thought it would be the bane of Pakistan’s recent batting problems – the openers – looking to grind it out. Wasn’t a particularly pretty final session of play but what it has ensured is a dull finish to this test becoming the least likely possibility.

Pakistan really have to bat for next four sessions, and make as many runs as possible, and then let the bowlers take control. But, if we batted like in the first inning, then don’t be surprised for yet another defeat. Now, I like to know, as to why we have to have a bowling coach, when we are doing O.K in this department. We need batting coach (Helloooo, wake up you stupid executives of PCB’s). WE need a person like Imran to run this PCB.

@aqil… i am agree with u,, k pakistan bowling main achi performance de raha hai, but aap aik cheaz bhool rahay hein, pakistani bowling ke sab se important delievery yorker hoti thi, jo k ham kaafi arse se nahi dekh rahay,, aur na he reverse swing, ye do main qualities sirf pakistan k paas hameshan se rahi. waqar ko issi liay coach bnaya gaya hai,, aqib javed ko assistant coach se farig ker dena chahiay,, aur intikhab alam ke jaga, basit ali ya saeed anwar ko batting coach ch bana dena chahiay,,aur waqr younis ko chief coach.
aur ijaz butt ke jaga aamir sohail ya wasim akram ko chairman of pcb bana dena chahiay, jo crikcet ke samjh bhook bhe rekhtey hein aur un ke aik apni bhe PR hai,,
faisal iqbal ke jaga muhammad wasim ko team main lena chahiay tha, austrlian tour k liay, aur umer gull ke jaga abdul rauf ko chance dena chahiay tha, abdul rauf newzeland aur australia k pitches per bohat kaamyab rehta, because he is seaming bowler and he has good height,
i am looking forward for tomorrow, i feel this is going to be a good match, and if Pak can give about 150 to 200 i think they have good chance in this match. Kaneria Bowl superbly and he deserve to be First option ahead of Ajaml.

im not sure about this match guys…i told my dad if pakistan can get a lead of 250+ and have a little more than 3 sessions to bowl at new zealand….theres a slight chance. tomorrow is going to be a very important day.
heres a question for you guys…..are you more intrigued by this than a 20/20. i am….i would much rather watch a closely fought test than the kind of match that Sri Lanka and India had yesterday. whats your opinion?!

behead the bloody fielders, they ruined our play , NZ in my opinion is a weak team, Pakistan could easily thrash them, why aren’t they is what i wish I knew. Bowlers seemed to have no strategy, you cant just bowl until the others are out, you need to plan to pressure them to giving wickets to you, and Paksitan did the opposite. D Vettori made 100+, he can’t even hold a bat properly, which just shows how ridiculous Pak players have been
i really cant beleive these comments saying “good bowling by pakistan” because it wasn’t!!! darryll tuffey a number 8 tailender got fu*king 84 runs!!! thats terrible bowling.. also mccullum got 90, vettori got 140 and mcintosh got around 75.. thats not good bowling if 4 batsmen especially a tailender gets a really good score!!

its not the bowlers if u knew anything about cric you wouldnt say bad bowling, its the pitch which had gone dead after a day and half. it became a spinners pitch. i believe its gone a be a draw

Friends, remember Bob Woolmer. He had his own website, where you can put your ideas and feelings, and he really tried to work around them. We need that from our coaches and even from PCB. But knowing our kind, it will be very hard. Regardless, we should put our two cents in their confusing and corrupt minds.
Dear Pakistar, we should have a decent batting coach before anything else, as we are really struggling in this dept. And we should have a bowling coach too, especially a legend like Waqar, is a really good choice. The way I look at it, all our current problems started from the top brass. Some how, we have to fix that. As long as you have inept and corrupt individuals controlling any department, that department will go down the tube. Having said that, who will take the initiative to change that. In my mind, Imran Khan is the only person, who can bring back the good old glory days for our poor and long suffering nation.

darrel taffy was not given out atleast 5 times even commentators could not believe this.
