South Africa vs Australia Day 4 Highlights 1st Test

Part 1

Part 2

Watch cricket highlights – South Africa vs Australia – Day 4 highlights, 1st Test played at Johannesburg.

Scoreline: Aus 207 all out. Phil Hughes 75. SA 178/2 Graeme Smith 69

A crazy morning session yielded 8 Aussie wickets, a stunning de Villiers catch, a sharp Kallis spell and catch, but a tame Steyn vs Siddle encounter (following the events on Day 3).

The run chase is very much on with Kallis (26) and Amla (43) after Graeme Smith and McKenzie (35) kicked things off after weathering Johnson for a while. Very tough, but on, all the same.

Australia were 147/8 at one point, but Haddin and some luck pushed the required target to a record 454.

what a crunch game and not to forget what cricketer Jacques Kallis is . He is definitely one of legends who are still playing along with Sachin and Murali and few more

I reckon Aussies might pull this one off but if SA wins, the WOW

  5. Frednut says:

Looks like a close finish on the way. All the Aussie haters have their fingers crossed for the Saffies. Still, when you have been top dog as long as the Aussies were people find any reason, usually from their own imagination, to lay the hate on.

    Go Oz.

  6. Aussie says:

Yep I’m an Aussie, but I have to agree with those who are very unimpressed with Ponting. He’s a weenie. Only smiles when he wins, and a very poor loser. The antics of many Australians are totally un-sportsmanlike and makes me ashamed of them. May the best team win…whoever!

  7. Richard says:

That is why the Aussies are the best – they are hungrier to win more agressive and hate to loose – that is how you get the best teams – with Attitude – Ricky Ponting is one of the best cricketers and captains we will see in International cricket.

Aussies have been the best for 15 years. We lost our title for about 4 weeks, and now we are back. I hope the rest of the cricketing world enjoyed their window of opportunity. See you again in 15 years after Siddle, Johnson, McDonald, Hughes etc have completed the next dynasty. Haha toooo goood for the soft yelow bellied Sth Africans. The only country we have any respect for is India.
