To Cassandra, no Chanders was out that time but the officials cannot make it obvious that they are for the aussies, so they threw us a bone. AS THEY OFTEN/SOMETIMES DO TO NEGATE CRITICISM.
As for my logic ANSWER ME THIS. Why does Ponting keep spitting in his hands every 10 minutes, well to keep his hands dirty off course. Please Ponting stop crowding the umpires when they makes a decision. How’s that for logic Lol.
To Windigo, if you want to talk about whining, research the history of the one bouncer rule when the ICC implemented this rule because the other teams were whining at the amount of fear the WI QUICKIES were causing them. Thats whining.

What a compliment to Australia, Abshalom. I can just hear Ponting saying to the officials before the test (they need to meet of course to determine just how to cheat and properly fix the match), “Don’t let Chanders get out until they have at least put 250 on the board. If he gets out too soon, we’ll have another 3-day match, which will upset our sponsors—plus then no one will come out to the Perth test. We figure to let them put up a bit more than 400. But no worries mate—we reckon to let the lads put up some big numbers before we bowl them out the second time.”
Basically your position is that the Aussies are so confident that they reverse cheat (so to speak) before they actually cheat because they know that they can win even if the Windies put up a decent number.
Cassie, may i call you Cassie? Off course their confident they have been cheating for years. It comes with practice. The Aussies have this down to a science. I don’t know what were the consultations before the series or how they took place, but it probably happen just like you described it.

Oh Cassie did you see when Bollinger drop the ball and then told his Captain, the Team, the Umpires and the Entire world that he caught it.
The replay proved that he lied. Thank God for small mercies. Interestingly the commentators commented on this lie for maybe about 5 seconds. I don’t blame them i will be ashamed too.
Could you answer me this. Why is there no West Indian Commentator to bring some sought of balance to the commentary. When the aussies come home
to WI they always have about two or three.

Can’t comment on the lack of TV commentators from the Windies as I’m not in Oz. I presume (without knowing) that since we are mostly seeing the (Australian Channel 9 replays, we only get commentators who are contracted to them). Since Channel 9 is an Australian TV network, it is not too surprising that they have Australian commentators.
Not sure who is commenting on the ABC (as I’m not there), but in times past I have heard Michael Holding and Viv Richards on Aussie radio and Holding on TV.
Sky Sports is also telecasting and no idea who is commenting.
So what is being telecast in the West Indies and who is commenting?
And neither of us has any idea how long the commentators commented on the Bollinger claim, as the clips are so short and fragmentated.

Australia here showing exactly why it is that WI managed to get to 450 in their first innings. It really is a batter’s paradise out on the Adelaide Oval as is normally the case. Prediction – Australia will push on and get a first innings lead and WI will struggle in the 2nd Innings allowing Australia to wrap it up on the final day.

You know you can’t spout rubbish like this without someone calling you on it.
You’ve just got to lay off with the allegations of constant, systematic cheating by the Aussies. You’ve got to because with the up-close, multi-angle, infra-red video replay system in place, it makes cheating impractical and, of course, impossible.
Seriously, no offence, but you are someone who cannot accept the reality that when your team loses, it is because they are the poorer team, and not because the evil non-West-Indian rest of the world is conspiring to keep the Windies from reclaiming their former lofty greatness on the cricket pitch.
I love the Windies. Always have. I want to see them do well. Hell, I even forgive Suleiman Benn for bowling every ball with a bent elbow. Hopefully your team is on the rise again. That would be great for cricket.
I feel bad for you Abbie. You’ve got to feel pretty miserable and bitter in your little world full of conspiracies and handshakes and deals. Accepting that your team is just not what it once was is clearly too painful for you.
Anyway, hopefully Watson and Katich will get their hundreds without cheating and Oz will get a big total without having to butter up the umps.

As an Aussie, I love the West Indies. Always have. Australians love to win but, ultimately, we want a good fight. And WI have always put up a good fight. May they continue to do so. And may the Aussies continue to win… just.

Cassie, i saw the whole of day two. Honestly the comments about Bollinger were about 30 seconds for the most. We get our feed directly from the Aussies there is no WI commentators. But u maybe right on that it depends on the feed link. I stand corrected.
