Watch cricket highlights of the 2nd ODI – West Indies vs England played at Guyana on 22 March 2009.
Scoreline: WI 264 – Shivnarine Chanderpaul 112, Ramnaresh Sarwan 74. England 243 – Andrew Strauss 105.
Watch Mitchell Johnson’s super hundred during the post-tea session on Day 4
The two main men for West Indies in the middle order were up to it again. As long as Sarwan was around, Chanderpaul opted to work it around, but once Sarwan went, the inventive hitting began as displayed in the 1st ODI. England basically fell away in the middle order and though Strauss got a 7 boundary hundred, you can hardly fault him this time when no one really stuck around. Other than a resurgent Steve Harmison of course (18 no).

Brilliant Game by Windies
gayle a di bumberclatt bass big up too all di players
Quite beautiful…I just want the guys to start turning the screws harder faster…be even more pro-active…
And to think that the Englishmen were planning to use us for match practice for the Ashes series…they should thank John Dyson for allowing them to win one of the ODIs, unintended though it was! BTW,its good to see Rampaul back in but when is Andrew Richardson going to get a senior team call-up? I think he’s earned it.
Are the 3rd ODI highlights available somewhere?
Cheers.
